Vegan Christmas Appetizers: Funny Penguins

Vegan Soup Recipe: Roasted Vegetable Soup

Vegan roasted vegetable soup

1/2 kabocha

2 TBS extra virgin olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

5-6 cups of water

salt to taste
